an interview with nora, the manager and woman that keeps paisley roberts running smoothly...
holiday window winners
a happy monday to you all! i hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving and had too much pie (like me)!
downtown boise is in full glow - the streets are lined in christmas lights and garland, the stores are filled with festive music and the tree in the grove has been lit (and the tree at the capitol will be lit tonight!).
we here at paisley roberts invite you to come take a look at all the wonderful window displays, including ours of course...
this year, a graphic design class at BSU came to us with an idea in mind - to present us with a handful of window display designs incorporating our product and have us pick and display a winner.
liz roberts, the owner of paisley roberts, chose the window shown below. check out an article in the arbiter on the downtown window displays.
congrats to the winning design team!

remember playing with paper dolls as a child? the design team took that idea and created these outfits for their skaters - all made from our in-store paper, including silver paper for them to skate on!
the paper doll concept becomes more clear from this humorous angle - everything was handpainted by the group as well
the winning team and their teacher, amy granger (top right)
good work everybody!
